Commercial Real Estate Classroom

This commercial real estate classroom is intended for anyone interested in learning about commercial real estate and, particularly, office space.

The classroom highlights some key areas of the study of the workplace and signposts resources for further learning.

The team at The Office Providers has adapted material used for onboarding fellow team members so that it can be used as an open teaching resource for students of commercial real estate and the built environment.

It may also be useful for students of organisational psychology or those that study the current use of, and the future of, the office – whether that be from a sociological, economic, architectural, or technological perspective.

It may also be of interest to students who wish to study extracurricular topics whilst homeschooling.

This classroom may also be somewhat useful for occupier-side property managers, estate managers, facilities managers, office managers, human resource managers, occupational health specialists and anyone else concerned with the acquisition and management of a business’ workspace - whether that be for a blue-chip multinational corporation or a freelancer.

The classroom explores the various forms of workspace that businesses use, how they are acquired, and how the business world has changed in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

This classroom has been created during the 3rd UK lockdown in Feb 2021 and will be updated.
